    Blade Heroes Have One or Two

    all i got is a DS, but as shadow*91 said, BBS is probably the best game for psp.

    As for DS:
    Mario and Luigi: Partners In Time; it's a pretty old game, but fun
    Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story; voted best RPG game of 2009 (or so i've heard)
    Ouendan 1 and 2; good music games. in japanese, but not that hard to learn how to play. and if you can read japanese anyway, great!
    Luminous Arc 1, 2, and 3*; a little provocative, but still good. * 3 hasn't been released in English yet
    Rune Facotry 1 and 2; a harvest moon based rpg, but you get to fight/tame monsters too!
    Kirby Super Star Ultra
    and last, but definitely not the least...

    Pity you have a DSI. If you had a regular DS or a DS lite, you could play GBA games.

    And also, I can't believe you guys missed out on some of the best DS games. Advance Wars Dual Strike, Advance Wars Days of Ruin, and Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon.
