    It was very well done imo. I absolutely loved how it didn't rely on action or battle scenes to convey the tension in this one, but rather, dialog and characterzation. The next two movies are going to be filled with plenty of action, so I think this one is just preparing us for what's next.

    It could be somewhat confusing for those who have no prior knowledge of the books, though. It was never stated what exactly the Half-Blood Prince was, so unless you've read the books or decided to Google, part of Snape's origin will be missed entirely.

    And a few things were missed like Ron's brother's engagement and Dumbledore's funeral, but other than that, I think the movie did a fine job. :]

    well i read the book(why?!) ever book i've read comes to a movie, potter, twlight, inkheart, soon Percy Jackson and the olampanis well be a movie too.

    Yeah, usually best sellers turn into movies, but generally pale in comparison to the books in my humble opinion.

    Except Twilight for me. I'm not even going to start on my views of that series. T_____T
