I saw it Saturday night. I guess this will be sorta spoilerish, so if you're that concerned, skip on over.

I dunno how I feel about it, to be honest. I felt like it was a good movie, but I wish that more had been added in some places. Like with Snape. I just never really liked how they handled him in any of the movies, to be honest, and they tried to tie it all up here, but I felt like the emotion was sort of lacking because not all of the pieces were in place from previous films. Maybe it was just me, I dunno. And the effects surrounding
Bellatrix and Voldemort's deaths
were just downright terrible. Reminded me a little unpleasantly of X-Men: The Last Stand. >_< But aside from that, I enjoyed the movie. I thought they did a real nice job mixing the seriousness and the humor.

I have to agree on you with
Bellatrix and Voldemort's deaths.
It was so plain and they could've put more effort into them

^ Well, it was just a real wtf? moment for me. The effects took me right out of the movie. At least with
Bellatrix
you could argue that the spell caused that to happen, even if it looked stupid, but with
Voldemort, he just like randomly started dissolving.

I dunno. I really wanted to be blown away by this movie, but I just couldn't get up an emotional attachment to it. There were just a lot of things, mostly because of screw-ups in other movies. Like, I always thought the epilogue was cheesy, but watching it now was just kind of awkward because Dan and Bonnie have zero chemistry on screen and I just couldn't buy that
they'd end up married with kids
. And I never even got teary-eyed, and I really wanted this movie to make me cry. But yeah. >_<
