Will went deep into the mansion, down into his uncle's study. "She won't come in, I know it." He panted, heart racing. He plopped into the leather chair and looked at the computer. "Yep, he left it locked." He said, trying to get the code by tapping keys.

 

Nicole opened the window and climbed in.

"If I go to jail I'm so going to toture you." Nicole said. She closed it behind her and looked around the mansion.

"For this place looking abandon it looks pretty well kept up on the inside. HEY WILL!! COME ON WE'RE NOT SUPOSE TO BE HERE!" She yelled out.

 

Will's stomach churned when he heard her voice. "She came in?" He whispered. He looked out the window. He knew what he did was wrong but he had to tell her how he felt. "God, I'm an idiot."

 

"COME ON WILL!!" She yelled. "Oh I'm sooo going to get him." Nicole said to herself. She began wondering around the mansion. She headed down some stairs and heard some noise.

"Will, come on out Will." She said in her normal voice.

 

Will stopped tapping on the keyboard and turned to the bookcase, pulling out a book on demons. It opened the bookcase and a passage was revealed. He needed time to think. He entered the passage and the bookcase closed behind him.

 

Will pulled out the phone and shut it off, not wanting to be heard. He worked his way to the kitchen and sat at the table, resting his head on the cool granite.

 

Nicole found an empty room and headed back up she walked around a corner and found him.

"Hola, why did you do that!?" Nicole demanded to know. She went and sat down.

"Come on though we're not supose to be here." Nicole said to him.

 

Will grinned. "You don't get it, do you?" He asked, mind full. He felt like he wanted to continue running, yet he wanted to hold Nicole close, yet he knew she wanted to hit him. He set his head back onto the cool granite counter, the cold felt like it would empty his mind and wash away his problems. "This is my uncle's mansion."

 

"What's with all the private property signs everywhere, plus this place looks abandon on the outside." Nicole said.

 

Will laughed. "That was his idea. He likes privacy when he cooks." He grinned, face still on the granite. "Nicole, I'm sorry..." He wanted to run, wanted to cry, but he swallowed, holding back the tears.

 

"Why did you do that though!?" Nicole asked. She stopped seeing he was upset.

"Listen, I'm sorry, but it's to early. If you were in a relationship with someone you love then had to go and break up due to age diffrence and you never see him again, then you'd know it's to early for me to start dating. I tell myself I don't need a boyfriend, but I just need time, I don't want to lose someone, like for example once we're done with school, we go to college, let's face it we won't be going to the same school. Then after that we'll be totally apart in the way we think and maybe even where we live." Nicole said to him.

 

Will stood slowly, not believing about what he was about to do. "Your right, I'm sorry." He turned and ran into the wie cellar and found the rack on the back wall. He pressed a cork into a bottle tip and it opened into a secret cellar. He knew when it had closed behind him she wouldn't be able to find him.

 

Nicole shrugged. She left. She wanted to hit him, but she had to let him think about what she said.

"Next time." Nicole said. She headed out and stopped at her tree house. She called Ty.

"Hey how's the party going?" Nicole asked in the phone. She looked at the many posters in her tree house. She sat down on the couch.

 

Will entered the cellar, lights turning on. There were a few books scattred on some tables, a chess set, and a small fridge. Will dropped into one of the wooden chairs, absentmindedly turning the pages in one of the books. The tome was old and yellowed. He realized it was his uncle's demon encyclopedia. His uncle was facinated with demons, researching them whenever he wasn't cooking. Will pulled out his phone and turned it on. He dailed Leah's number. While it rang he tapped his fingers on the dusty tome.

 

~Leah was surprised to feel her phone vibrating. She picked up the phone and saw that it was Will calling her. She wondered if everything was okay with him and Nicole.~
Leah: Hey, Will. How'd it go with Nicole?

 

Will swallowed. "Leah, can you meet me in that old mansion in the woods? I'll tell you then." He said, not stopping his fingers from tapping. All he thought was. "Please say yes, I need to talk to someone."

 

~Leah was a little confused about why Will wanted to meet at the old mansion. But she didn't want to abandon her friend when he needed her.~
Leah: Uhhh...sure. I'll be there in about 5 minutes okay?

 

Will nodded. "Ok, thanks. I'll see you in a bit." He said. He clicked the button and set his head down on the table. "I'm an idiot..." He whispered, fingers still tapping.

 

~Leah put on her shoes and left the house. She walked down the street and headed towards the woods. Leah didn't really like going into the woods, because it creeped her out. She finally arrived at the old mansion five minutes later. She opened the door slowly and called out to Will~
Leah: Hey Will, where are you?
