And here's another hint. The final form of leveling that you're missing only occurs at specific points throughout the game. I would tell you where you can find it in the game, but I feel as though that would be basically giving away the answer.

 

Yes bonus level is the final one I was looking for, but it caps way higher than 7. Get the right number and you'll be completely correct.

heh, you got the one I'm thinking of, Ariel. Hercules you have a move with, and Axel is not a World-Based Main Character. So the snswer is Ariel. Though I thought the question would be more difficult =/

I'm going to take a stab at this since nobody has in a while.

There's a huge sequence of memories, but the last ones are:
Sora and the gang are chasing down Pluto since he has a letter with the Kings' seal on it.
All of a sudden, Sora is by himself and he sees a cloaked figure. Next thing you know he's (Sora) in front of Castle Oblivion.

 

Was it after Ansem says, "You understand nothing" and Kairi flies through Sora?
