Yes yes, come gather villagers of yonder and I'll tell ye all the story of the squire who halted the thief.

Once upon a time, there was once a squire who wanted to be nothing but a hero. His eyes were filled with ambition and his soul screaming out wanting to be the best. All of a sudden, it became clear to him as to what he had to do. Do something heroic (Since being a hero involved doing heroic things). Scouting the lands far and wide, he found a task as the guardians of the gate were screaming. The guardians were rather useless, all they could do was scream when something was wrong. The young squire hastily raced towards the gates and asked the guardians what was wrong. The guardians, still screaming, did not answer but did continue screaming. "Blast!" said he (the squire) as he quickly eyed the scenery and saw two what appeared to be damsels running off in one direction. "HALT!" the squire shouted ad the two women stopped in their tracks.

Then afterwards, it was revealed that one had a large carving knife and the other was hiding stolen clothes in the lining of her bag. Blah blah blah, yadi yadi yadah, they were called in to stay in the store and authorities were called. They got in trouble and they all lived happily ever after. The end.

Anyway, I'm sure your job should be eventful, Toph. With many rascals running a muck all day, something is bound to happen, right?

Well, you'd think so, but no. And when something out of the ordinary happens, it's usually because of an idiot coworker or two, not the kids.

    But anyways.

Anyone dress up or do anything special for Halloween?

I was a penguin for Halloween!!! :D sadly I didn't take pictures V_V but anyway, I partied on Saturday night since Halloween was on a Sunday, typical college party except everyone was in costumes, still lotsa fun though :)

I didn't really take the time to celebrate Halloween this year. Usually I go over a friend's house for a while and we hang out but he had to go to a convention on the same day and (sadly) I couldn't go because the spots for the convention were all ready bought via previous booking purchases. Oh well, I decided to take the day off. I played on the computer for a while, talked and texted people I knew on the phone then took a rest and went to bed.

Woke up today and decided to look around for forums or something like a message board to share common interests. Typed up "Kingdom Hearts Forums" in the Google search bar. Browsed a few for a while then looked at their forums. Although a few others were really flashy they seemed less homely so I clicked on this one and peeked at some articles and looked at some pictures and decided I wanted to be a part of this community out of all the others. Pretty much just went through my whole story as to how I made it here. I think I type too much.

I took my nephew Trick Or Treating. Would you believe my idiot town had a curfew of 7:30 pm? Epic fail. I didn't bother to dress up, namely because I couldn't think of a single thing I wanted to dress up as, but my nephew went in a triceratops costume that was actually pretty cute (he's 3 going on 4 years old).

We didn't get a whole lot of candy, at least, not even close to the amount I used to get back in the day, but folks up here are pretty stingy with it for some reason, though being in a very small town, I would've thought they'd be a bit more friendly. *Sigh*

And honestly, that's about it, as far as celebrating the holiday goes. And now today, every kid in town, including my nephew, was still hyped up on sugar, which made for an even more annoying Monday than usual, lol.

Your not the only one who had a curfew we had to stop trick or treating at 5:00!!! and I didn't know i went all the way till 7:00

Curfew! Such a thing exists on the other side of the world?

??? You have never experienced curfew?

    Nope. Not where I am.
Question, are curfews for the safety of the peoples or just to prevent crimes?

Just for Safety. Man... I want to be where you are.

Unfortunately. This was just put into effect for the holiday, and to be honest, I doubt that anyone actually enforced it (there aren't a whole lot of cops in this town). But I still can't get over it, even though it's been this way since I moved here. Back in Florida when I was a kid, we'd be out until 10-11pm or later, depending on when we started whining our feet hurt and when my mom got tired of dealing with us. It wasn't even dark when we started Trick or Treating on Saturday (they did it the day before here, I guess because this is the Bible Belt and they didn't want to celebrate the day on a Sunday), and the sun had only just set when we finished. So unbelievably lame. Though not as lame as Keyblade Master Roxas' curfew. 5:00? wtf? I would've said screw that and stayed out 'til midnight. That's a completely unreasonable curfew.

    [/rant]

Both, I think. Though personally, I don't think it really does either.

Hey everyone, it's been a while...I have been really busy as you can see. I hope I haven't missed much. Keep me updated and I'll keep popping in and in again.

Yea. You missed a lot Zero.

People say that we can be out until 11:00 pm but I see people who be out until 2:00 am. Weird.

Then the curfew system seems rather outrageous. It won't stop criminals, because that's what they do, break the law. Which then makes a weird system where night time is crime time. Though you did say there aren't as many authorities as you might want, so it is within reason I guess. But ugh, curfew on a Saturday night. Riots would occur here, 7-1's and Night Owls would be useless. The friendly drunks, where will they go?

Sup sup. Just take it easy, man. Everything seems a-okay for now, so just have some fun.

Well, it's really there for the kids. So as long as the person is legally able to get drunk, they can bar hop as late as they want (though there really aren't bars in my town, only a few restaurants that serve alcohol. We are so lame here).

Nah, there are enough cops for the usual. I just don't think there are enough to spend the entire night patrolling for kids out too late. Though now that I'm thinking about it, it would give them something to do besides write parking and speeding tickets.

I wouldn't say you've missed out on anything.

How sad. When I was your age, I'd stay out till at least midnight trick-or-treating. Heck, if I were to trick-or-treat, I'd still stay that late.

I think my town is too small to warrant a curfew. Place is full of potheads anyways. Nobody cares.

Not as lame as my town :D
