    Why did we put half the people we did on staff? We've made lots of poor choices over the years, lol. I guess it was probably because he was there and he offered a service (handling the Youtube channel when no one else wanted to). And he did use to be an active member with good standing.

    I did a really bad job my first time on staff. And then Denis screwed me out of my spot on EO, so I just kinda sat and watched, learned from Vox, DW, and Kitty, and I guess that's why I'm a pretty good staff member now.

    Yeah, we definitely picked some winners. I think probably half of the drama this site has seen was because of disputes among the staff, or started/escalated by the staff.

    Good times.

    Definitely a good bunch to learn from. Come to think of it since when wasn't Desert Warrior on Staff? Seeing him as a regular member kind of weirds me out. o_O

    Not to mention staff members that were breaking the rules themselves or going rouge and just kind of making their own. Our staff was always either on point or a complete mess. There was no middle ground.

    Man do i have a story about that. but i'll tell it in private. MAN lol i gotta tel you guys something.

    No you're both wrong. he came back older. i saw his channel and he was on cam. much older than 9 when he signed up he was here and vanished for a long time then came back older with a channel and he already had videos up etc etc. then he vanished again.

    -_- That was Demon of Darkness with the multiple accounts... *Sigh* and he was contemplating about committing suicide around that time as well too; One of the people who i usually talk to.

    ._. You can stop missing me now. I am only gone because I really tend to focus on college, managing web site and I am also preparing papers to go into grad school for business & management. Also working on managing open mics and events. Speaking of events, hey @Vox . I know you and I live in the same city bro! I'm holding a big event at Columbia College Chicago with some performers who was in America's Got Talent, American Idol and the like. It's free and you should definitely come!

    As for Aqua Fresh, she is doing good. I see her on Facebook.

    Yeah, but those other ones I mentioned were pulling similar stunts. I don't remember the details too well now, though.

    If he were 9 when he signed up, which I'm pretty sure he was, or close to it, he still would be fairly young when this went down. I don't know, I can't fault people too much when they don't follow through with stuff online. Real life gets in the way a lot.

    Yeah I remember he was kind of messed up. He's my friend on Facebook though I really haven't heard from him in a while.

    Like I said before I'm just glad to see you around once in a while. We all get busy sometimes :)

    That's probably true. However I do remember we gave him a lot of crap for his age back in the day. even if he did come back older it can't have been much more than like 13. Not saying he wasn't wrong for ditching like that. Just that I can't really hold it against him either.

    I wouldn't say poor choices. The members picked were the reason why the site was able to get articles and the like out and to keep the site alive as much as possible... Even though some of us had battles and disagreements with each other (To be honest, some of those fights were the best to help understand each other). It was either that and struggle to stay alive together... or go deeper into oblivion with TradeDemon gone like the Avatar.

    I forgot about Cameron. Saw him(her?) around but never really talked to them much.

    Locogabatron comes to mind (sp)? He was pretty cool.

    I remember Chocobo Dyl quite well; we had been friends through ü. He was 12 when he was talking about the YouTube channel and then disappeared. I don’t know what happened to him since we’ve unfortunately lost contact.


    Keeping in tone with the thread I have to say I miss Icarus. I remember role-playing with him and we had that rp school for awhile. There was another member I believe called Dark Riku, I may be out of loop and not know he changed his name, but I remember really liking the guy. Goldfish was a good guy as well, he got me into some good music and I remember being competitive with him when it came to the arcade.

    I loved Icarus! I don't think I got to RP much with him but he was great to talk to. We follow each other on Tumblr so I know he's alive at least but other than that we don't talk anymore.

    Sometimes I miss Kyuu. I don't remember her full username though. I don't think she ever had issue with anyone.
