I don't even need to start arguing, all I need are resources and I'm just fine. But back onto point, I see what you're saying but, I can't really see how it does. Desert, explain please.

 

I'm guessing you're asking how being in the army gives you experience with foreign affairs. Well, take into account McCain and Obama. McCain has much more experience with foreign things than Obama does. Being a soldier and fighting in a war shows you things outside of the country. You learn things about a country's leader based on their military tactics. And soldiers are more willing to do things about other countries than a non soldier is. Like Obama said that he'd meet with the leader of Iran unconditionally (or so I've heard). Now, McCain wouldn't do that.

I know that this probably doesn't help to explain much. But it's kinda hard for me to explain how it works.

Not only the people's country, but their custom, religion, culture, and blah, blah, blah. Say Iraq for instance, in a mainly Islamic state, soldiers have been stepping on the Torah, the sacred books of the Islamic faith. When that happens, that's just as much as the equivalent of an Act of War.

Exactly, the big thing is their perseption of history. To us, the Suuni and Shiite conflict was years ago. But to them, it just happened yesterday.
