Basically, the government is almost there, and another terrorist attack will initiate more fear into the hearts of the people,and they'll use the next erroist attack to take the minds of teh people off of our failing economy, only to make us all bow to our OWN GOVERNMENT in teh end for protection from a monster they created. Terror......fear.....Chaos. This is how America will fall, and with it the world. A "New World Order" will arise.....and the beginning of a new era will dawn.....

That is an interesting thought about it. I suppose it's possible. But if over 75% of Congress wanted to take away our rights, they would have done it already. It's a 3/4 vote to pass an ammendment.

 

Because they can't do things rapidly, they need to keep everything a "secret".
