Exactly, block or Mean look is a good idea, even corbat can learn that move.
that'll let you attack and weaken it so you don't have to waste a Master Ball on something that can be caught with a Poke Ball[

You could, but say like Latias uses Mist Ball on you and it's a critical hit, and you counter with a mirror coat, it'll double the counter affect if it affects Wobbuffet. Though, that wont happen since mist ball is a psychic attk and it doesn't affect wobuffet as much. Though if you have a master ball, then I suggest you use it on her.

King of Darkness What up Monica

I guess I'll just use my master ball after I fail to catch Lati after the first 6 times.

lol wow you still haven't caught it wow!

    GrandShadow I accept your challange.

trust me, wobuffet will take forever. its only ofensive moves(when you try to catch it) are Psychic and Mist Ball. so you'll be using Mirror Coat but since its Psychic attacking Psychic the damage will be so small that it'll take forever unless you're using a much higher level wobuffet. it takes more time but its much easier to raise up a poke that can block its escape or put it to sleep

What was the best pokemon on gold? other than ho-oh

oh and why don't they make a Crystal Remake?

  6. GrandShadow

    GrandShadow I accept your challange.

a 'best pokemon' question? trust me on this there is no true answer to that. for example Arceus has the best stats of any pokemon but depending on how you use him he's still not the best. for example he can be taken down by a Rattata if you know how.

and if there is a Crystal remake we can expect it later like how Platinum came way later than Diamond or Pearl.

They could of Remade Pokemon Yellow and Blue too

They kinda have. Heart Gold and Soul Silver are remakes of Gold and Silver respectively, but with features they had in Crystal; such as Suicine. In both new games, you have to encounter him several times before being able to get him. And I think that the guy who is obsessed with Suicine is also in the new remakes.

Good thing you can catch Celebie in the game, well if you have the NITENDO EVENT/GAME EVENT then you can find it at a little wooden door TIME WARP.

You may want to add this one to the list Pokemon.Marriland.com - HeartGold & SoulSilver

Marriland has already created a fairly in depth walkthrough for both games. It seriously helps those people who're playing the game in Japanese and can't actually read the language. I finished Heart Gold about a week ago and Marrilands guide really helped towards the later stages of the game where the events of the original games were a little rusty in my mind.

In my opinion, the best Pokemon were Ampharos, Typhlosion and Tyranitar for being a complete TANK.

I like tyranitar and Typhlosin but that cant be the best

Well if you mean the best overall Pokemon in the games, then its got to be Tyranitar. He's classed a legendary in the battle tower on Platinum.

  15. Abyssal Knight

Abyssal Knight I step back into the light of...

Yeah He Is.....But Celebi would have to be the rarest on the game?

  16. Arnheln

    Arnheln New Member

Well yeah, Celebi's the rarest but its definitely not the best Pokemon in the game. It's not really very strong, even when you get it to around level 80, its not nearly as powerful as say, a Gyarados or a Scyther.

  17. Abyssal Knight

Abyssal Knight I step back into the light of...

But Scyther isn't as strong as scizor
And Gyarados isn't as strong as Dragonite.

And the strongest would really have to be celebi or Dragonite

  18. Arnheln

That wasn't the point, they are both still stronger than Celebi.

  19. Plasmos

I'm guessing Celebi, since legendary pokemon and regular pokemon stats even out differently. Overally, legendary pokemon are suppose to be made stronger even if it's going up a type at it's disadvantage.

  20. dualblade

    dualblade Break!

Just on a remake of blue and yellow that someone said earlier.Yellow was made because of the anime, and blue was actually a remake of Green,so really leaf green is the second remake of the original Green.

Also,Arcues pwns all of those pokemon.

And I speed read through the posts,so hopefully Im not repeating anything, but the story of Red/Green/Blue/Yellow takes place at the same time as Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.Likewise,Gold/Silver/Crystal take place at the same time as Diamond/Pearl/Platinum (They even talk about a red Garadyos in one or two of the last three, cant remember which one.)
