    It doesn't matter anyways. I god modded myself so I can just get it over with. I want to spend time with my family & to tell you the truth, I don't want to keep on battling your characters over & over again Moog. I want to do this against someone else.

    HELLO?! Holidays? Not only that, this Rp Arena has lost activity. I was interested at first but now I'm not. I would rather play on my new Nintendo Wii instead.

    This arena has lost its thunder because there are so many people on this site that have either never seen much in it, or they abandoned it the minute something new came along. That seems to be the way things work around here. Something new gets put up, and everyone drops whatever they were dong elsewhere in order to take part in the new thing. There's only really been one RP that I've seen on this site since I joined that has reached passed twenty pages, and reached a viable conclusion.

    At least I'm not one of those people. I still be want to rp but this is one of the reasons why Demaian hates the roleplay section. Neo Organization is one of the two rp's that still have it's sparks regardless of people getting banned, leaving from the site or having their accounts erased.

    (I had set up my account to read the newest posts & to let me read up to forty posts on each page. Right now, this thread has ten pages but the way all of you set up your account must have let you see more pages than that so the rp that you're talking about Zhyriad with the twenty pages is less for me.)

    Edit: They might have left this rp because they forgot all about it. That may be another reason.

    New Organization got over 100 pages before they stopped. A Town, A City, A End got in the forties before it died. Made me sad to lose it, but i have to admit the name was stupid and we weren't going anywhere with it after a while.

    I agree though, that the main reason is because this forum is full of magpies.

    "Oh, this looks cool. Let's play this for a while."

    The next day,

    "Ooooo Shiny! Lets drop that other thing. So last week."

    Summoner, i see that real life stuff has gotten you bogged down, but you coulda just said you wanted to quit instead of getting disqualified.

    I hate the wii. It killed my arena. =(

    DON'T WORRY ZERIETH! I still want to stay in the rp arena. If you want more activity in the arena, why not just ask this new member named LittleNamine. She just got started into rp'ing & I think she's doing good. You can also ask these two new members in the Neo Organization rp. They have characters that they made up.

    Edit: I knew that I won't be active for the holidays because I chose to be with my family. I chose to be inactive. Not only that, I just got a file from my teacher so I can download 3D Max & be able to continue making my designing on keyblades & other things at home.

    Wee? I think we might have to scrap this though. I started a tourney, no one posted. It's taking a lot to keep this running. I'll let you guys vote on it.

    I don't know what it was, but we just kept on making villians until we got bored. But saying we got over 100 pages isn't that impressive if you think about it.

    But saying we got over 600 pages (Which we did) is much more impressive.

    And the reason the tourney failed is because a majority (Or at least half) of the members were n00bs. We need moar peeps on this site.

    And a two person RP I did reached 400 pages (More or less). Granted, it's quite a bit easier to collaborate.

    Well, there are already quite a few classifications of characters, depending on what sort of battle people are looking for. It's just hard to classify in terms of power because it doesn't matter how powerful a character is. Kuan (the character I'm currently doing battle with), would by your stated system, be considered a heavyweight, in terms of what his powers are. But in the long run, he could be defeated by a character that could only manipulate a base element, such as air, or earth, and in fact, I've seen several RPers that could school me using Kuan, by using such characters as I've mentioned, simply because of their ability at maximizing their characters' powers.

    So the general jist of what I'm saying is that it doesn't matter how powerful a character is, but how good at using said character is at utilizing the abilities that the character has.

    Of course, there are classifications for characters. Mainly, there are two big ones: Power Characters, and Non-Power Characters. Generally, a battle with power characters will allow for mostly any character that a person can come up with, unless there is a request for a certain style of power, like if you were going for a KH style battle, you would generally make use of the standard KH spells. It gets very in depth really.


    I digress. There are plenty of RPers here. It's just that only a few people are really interested in this type of RPing.

    Like for my character for example. All of them are magic users so all of you know that when it comes to magic, a person have a certain limit for them to give up. I use my Inida & my other characters by one thing. Anyways, I'm still interested but I think the reason why people are still not coming to the rp is mostly based on the few original made up characters they made. I was able to have a lot of characters because I joined canon rp's that I made up & original, creative rp's. Other people would rather much would just try to claim Sora or Riku.

    . . . . The few original characters they made? Just about 90% of the characters in the profiles section, if not more, are 'original' characters made for a canonical setting. I don't see where you're going with that. And I'm sure that anybody who chooses to do canonical characters in themselves would realize that would be A: Cheap or B: They'd get their asses whooped by somebody who knows about far better serieses (Spelling on this one?).

    all the different series, would be good for that. No such thing as serieses. And moogle is right, the original stuff is more active than the canon. Also using characters that are from the original series would be stupid for the exact same thing that moogle described. It would also mean that interpretation of the characters might ruin books/movies/games for other people, and it would also require more adjustment for people who just buy these books/movies/games since the characters are being used for something that they were not intended for.
