    Name: Zyra (Zy)
    Gender: Male
Age: 4, in Earth human years. Of course, within his own species, he's around 60, which is still quite young.

    Appearance:

Zyra is rather odd being to be seen within combat, mainly due to the fact that he appears to be both ill-equipped, and too small to do any real harm. He is of the form of a tiny, gray skinned, batlike creature, which largely resembles one of those stone gargoyle statues often seen in front of larger houses, and mansions. He stands at a mere two and a half feet height-wise, with his body being well proportioned to his height. His feet are of a clawed form, having three upon the front, and one upon the backside, organized in a fashion similar to the talons of an eagle. With these, he is often hanging upside down from whatever he can. Stretching out from his torso roughly three feet on either side, is a pair of batlike wings, which he leaves folded around his body when not in flight, or combat. Upon the ends of these wings, are hands bearing three claws, arranged in a similar fashion to those on his feet. As such, his hands can be used to grab objects, and people. Running out from his backside is a thin two foot long tail, which ends in a spear-point tip. His head bears a beak form, elongated, coming out from his face, whereupon his mouth is found. From his forehead, two horns jut out above his eyes, and a patch of eight in long black hair runs down from the top of his head, covering a pair of pointed, elven styled ears, upon which he wears a pair of jade earrings, hanging down upon sliver chains. His only garment is a crudely made loincloth wrapped around his waist, and part of the way down his legs.

    Personality:
I'll let this one develop. It's really hard to explain any of it.

    Weapons:
Quite simply, Zyra doesn't really use much in the way of weapons, other than what he picks up along the way. Other than that, his boy makes for an effective weapon, in any case. His claws are capable of shredding through even the toughest of metals, and can easily pound their way through stone walls, and of course, armor worn by others. While his body is small, it is far from frail, and can resist a fair amount of damage before becoming worn in. His earrings also seem to be of a magical nature, casting a translucent, protective aura around him, which protects him from most physical, and magical attacks, though with prodding, this aura can be steadily undone by those lesser magical forces.

    Power:
Space - Not simply a term used for the sake of naming the manifestation that rests beyond the skies of any given planet, but really a much broader term. Space is a word that is used to describe the vast expanses within which all matter and energy exists. It is this force that provides Zyra with the single power within his possession. It is his power to create various spatial anomalies, which range from mild mannered, to extremely destructive, depending upon how he uses them. Through this force, he is capable of causing the very fabric of space to fluctuate as he desires, allowing him to expand, contract, and literally move space to his needs, or desires. Generally, this power is effective within isolated spots, or upon set paths.

Yeah, I probably should have made sure of this earlier, but, since it's not too late:

I do trust that Zerieth's judge will not be doing any of the judging in the coming battle.

And you would be right. Desert Warrior, do you mind judging for us? If you want we can one on one after this.

I was under the impression that we were in agreement that this wold be a three way. If it's not going to be as such, then I might just pull out a different character, seeing as Zyra hasn't reached full practicality as of yet.

It is a three way. But it would be nice for you guys to make a temporary alliance in taking me out. My character makes sephi look like a little school girl.

DOUBLE POST!! DOUBLE POST!! DOUBLE POST!! That's bad!!! Anyways, when are you going to start asking some people if they're interested in the Rp Arena?

The post was made as a result of an internet connection error (or rather, the fact that I posted the character at like 3am, when on my end, the site starts to lag terribly. It double posted my character. So I decided to turn the double post into something productive. Savvy?

Also, Zerieth, you fail to see any of the points that I had tried make earlier in this thread. It doesn't matter how powerful a character is, or how many different spells and forms they've got. The power of a character is never an outright reflection of the skill of the RPer. In other words, you seem to have a poor understanding of the fourth wall within an RPing setting.

Sure, I'll do it. Is there gonna be a post or point limit? Or just whomever is conscience in the end?

Probably both. Me each side gets 10? Also experience only counts in most areas. If the character doesn't hold a candle to his foe, even his user won't be able to make him win. You'll note that no matter how good you are at a game, if you don't have a certain level your toast.

Fortunate for me, roleplaying works different from say, on internet based game. Besides:

    1. Simply powering your character with ever spell you can imagine will never be a true replacement for skill, and originality.

    2. There are characters that people have made that are leaps and bounds more powerful than your judge, characters I've seen in action that could toast him literally in a single move. If you were to give me three or four months, I could have a character built up that could utterly trash him. At that, I've RPed against people who could use a less powerful character so well, that the judge wouldn't stand a chance.

I'm just saying, don't be so smug and sure that your character can win just because his power is so great. I can tell you now that there are few ways that your judge can counter act the power that Zyra uses.

I'm not being smug. I'm stating that he is a super tank.

Oh but you're definitely coming off as being smug. You seem utterly convinced that your character is something of power unlike any other.

All the judge really has going for him is ridiculous speed, and every maxed out KH spell.

And I should also add that his existence is rather superfluous.

Well, we can't start until Desert Warrior sets up our location.

    And where's Yuma?

    Ah. Hopefully a good one.

And Hopefully some day, this arena will reach a point in efficiency where the combatants can be in charge of determining the settings.

Or at least, use a wheel to determine the arena.

I would hope that people would be able to have the honor to set up the arena for themselves in such a way that it doesn't give them and excruciating advantage over their opponents. Of course, that wouldn't be able to happen until this system grew to the point where having a subsection would actually be worth it.

Wonderful.... Wasn't sure you guys were ready to fight right now.

Hmmm.... How 'bout something digital? I'll see what I can do.
