I don't know a whole lot about digimon.

And those there are some stats and further research done, usually most people who've done shootings usually grew up in a state of poverty. Now I don't think it's just race but more of the ethic background.

"Colored" people in general, were after all the lowest class possible not too long ago, it was only about half a century ago was race finally accepted in a dominant white culture. Now accepted colored people have come a long way, but still that's only like two or three generations ago when colors were "Accepted" so sure a lot of them grew up in gang in the sense and though they may not be in gangs now, they grew up still with their parents/grandparents teaching them those ethics.

So it doesn't make a difference on black, latino, indian, whatever, but merely more of a person's background in the sorts.

And then you have cases like for at KoD's which was more of a psychological case of shootings.

 

Personally if I was on his jury. I'd do about 2 years in juvy, during that time take some psychological classes, be put on (and memory goes blank on what it's called) for an additional 2 years and take additional classes and therapy. At 15 though being tried as an adult is pretty stupid

Name: Shadow (Caleb was his human name)

Age: Unknown (As a human he was 6)

Gender: He was a boy

Faction: Heroes of Light

Appearance: A smaller version of the Shadow Heartless, with bigger eyes and his attennai bent backwards. He wears a gold necklace with a broken heart on the bottom to recognize him.

Personality:

A very curious, innocent and playful heartless, having the personality of a child. He outside of battles, is very playful and curious, but in battle, his heartless instincts kick in, relentlessly attacking no matter what. He will occasionally will climb on his masters and tries to reach for their hearts, a bit of an instinct that was not fully trained out of him.

Bio: A young boy turned into a heartless, he lost his heart after a heartless invasion, but someone called out to him, he was able to remember who he was. Unlike most heartless, he doesn't serve on instinct or was evil, he still has a sense of right and wrong.

His five year old personality makes the others treat him like a baby or a puppy, in which case, he doesn't care, knowing at least he is loved. He is very strong being a Shadow Heartless, being fast and and agile.

Powers: Turning into a shadow, stealing hearts (doesn't though).

Weapons: Claws
