I hope both those games will work on my stepbrothers 360. I've been wanting to get those games to play. But he did say that to play old Xbox games, you need a hard drive. He's only got a memory card. Is that true?

  2. Well, my friend had to donwload so sort of application so he could put in Halo 2 and all his other games that were compatable with the 360.

Halo 2 and a few other games worked for me. But some won't. =/

^_^ That means that the PS3 slims is a last resort in case they try to put BBS on the PS3 game system. DX I have to think about that though because I'm still waiting patiently for a nintendo wii.

If you think about it, all Sony game systems have gone "slim". You cannot call this a "Last Resort" by Sony seeing how it's like a traditional Sony thing.

And I'd post the PSP one but they all look a bit similar unless I point out the major differences.

The PSP 3000 has a bigger screen (I think). And the circle around the PSP logo on the back is thinner than the PSP 2000. I believe that those are some differences that aren't always noticed.

  8. The PSP 3000 just makes me happier. With the other one, it took a long time to do so many things.

Actually, I don't think it is. PS3 News Article

I just read this a few minutes ago. If you're too lazy to read the article, there is a part that says that Sony says the backwards compatability isn't in the slim PS3. The backwards compatability feature is gone for good.

If you're still too lazy to read the article, here's the exact quote:

I wouldn't get that idea out of your head quite so quickly.

never am i lazy when it comes to learning, and i guess yahoo is more legit, but i still will just wait till it comes out because there are a few sources that say it is.

  11. Or you can always go along with the actual info from Sony . . . Just a thought.

Don't you think it's possible the info came from Sony? The article said that Sony said the backwards compatability feature is gone for good.

  13. I don't really think that they would take away one of the very factors that make their systems so high-ranking in longevity.

It is confirmed that the ps3 slim will not be backward compatible
so the high ranking longevity thing you were talking, was wrong, because they ditched it

  15. Wow . . . they just made a big mistake.

Even of the "price drop", I can't afford for a looooooong time for the PS3 slim, since the prices seem to be somewhere around 350€ in Finland.
