((With this post we’re even in post count. Summoner has said he wants this round to end shortly. So I’d say this would be the last post, since you had the first post in the battle)).

The blade-wielding warrior thought Sarah smug, caught up in her own glory, as if she were free of an understanding of her limits. The truth was that she had naught but the fullest level of confidence in her ability to win the bout in which she was engaged. With no interference from the castle forces, whether his, or hers, she saw the path to victory as a smooth, lightly traveled one. With a smug demeanor as the bait, she had coaxed her opponent into making head-on charges, in themselves, a raw display of annoyance leading to frustration, and frustration leading to foolishness.

As he shouted in preparation for his final charge, Sarah pushed her energy through the deeps of her being. It commenced to flow as a river’s rapids through to her brain. The implanting of this energy, life energy, within that part of her made for a light, yet effective boost to the nerve center of her body. Nerves throughout her brain fired off through her body at a more accelerated rate, and her processing, in the heat of that moment, had made a notable stride in speed. When he charged her, she was able to react to the speed at which he was moving, as well as she might have reacted to a charge at normal speeds.

Her counter began with a short, quick step forward and a pivot in towards the direction the blade slash was coming from. At the same time, her step had placed further in towards her opponent’s body, just passed where the blade would be apt to slice through the air. As she did so, her weight, though involuntarily, shifted momentarily to the foot that was then closest to her opponent. The hand furthest him moved to intercept the slash at the hilt of the blade. Though rather than merely blocking it or trying to push it away, the move was made to grab as firm a hold as possible to a hand or wrist.

From there, her move would entail following that motion of her foe’s arms, pulling the slash, for the most part, in the direction it was already going. As she would do this, the other arm would be reaching out, taking hold around the shoulder, or press firmly against the chest. From there, the move would then commence in a rounding tossing motion. Sarah’s weight would again shift to her back foot as her torso twisted back in its direction, and with her upper body, she would push her opponent forward and away from her body, and downward into the ground; the process, though unknown to Sarah, and perhaps to Cinx, would only be aided by Cinx’s lightened gravity, which, by effect, would lessen his weight.​

((Please note that I’ve used a lot of “woulds” in the last paragraph. This is mostly to avoid the situation of forcing all of what I’m doing on KoA’s character. It’s really just meant to say that it’s what would happen in the event that his character had to take that hit. And unless he’s got a great way of pulling out of being tossed, then he’d pretty much be locked)).
