    If everybody jumped off a bridge to their death, would you jump off one to your death too (That statement, or at least a very similar one, is always used against me whenever I use the word 'everything' or 'everyone' to defend something)?

    It is basically an unwritten law that 99.9% of sequels aren't as good as the original (Spider-Man 2 and 3, Pirates of the Caribbean 2 and 3, etc.). Intentional or not, so many movie sequels are not as good. And clearly (As several members have stated) that goes the same too for Saw.

    And when you keep on putting out horrible sequels, it makes the original one worse.
