Daniel sighed and said "Lets get going." He then walked into the hospital. As he was walking, he saw the preist from the church standing there. He looked at Daniel and said "Why hello son." Daniel stopped and said "Hello." "What are you doing here?" The preist then said "Well I'm here to check up on your young friend." "I heard he was hurt." Daniel looked down and said "Yeah." "He is." The preist looked at him questionly. "My son, are you listening to the other you?" THen Daniel looked at him shockingly.

 

Lily walked down the corridor. ‘Where is he? He better not have run off or I swear I’ll…’ Lily was distracted by a man sitting alone outside the operating room. He looked like he’d been awake for a while and there were blood stains on his t-shirt. He was rocking back and forth as if he was waiting for something or rather… someone. A few seconds later she noticed a doctor approach him and shook his head. The man then dropped to his knees and started crying. As she walked past him she said to him. “It’s painful isn’t it? …Losing someone you love. I know exactly how you feel…the pain, the solitude, knowing you’ll never be able to hold that person in your arms ever again. It’s something noone should ever have to go through…” The man looked up at Lily; she took a few steps forward before turning to face him. “I’m truly sorry for your loss, may she rest in peace.” Lily walked away leaving the man to be alone once more.
She shook her head. ‘Hospitals! Hmph, you find more cheer in a graveyard!’ She looked around and noticed Daniel standing at the end of the corridor with someone else. “Is that that priest we saw from before?”

 

Daniel then said "How.....do you know?" The preist then said "I know because I sense something powerful inside of you." "Something that is full of wickedness." Daniel bent his head down and said "You're right." "THere is something like that inside of me." "I don't know what it is." THen voice appeared. "You idiot." "Don't tell him about me." "We can't trust him that much." The preist put his hand on Daniel's shoulder. "Do not fall to darkness." "You might not escape." Daniel then looked at the preist and said "Leave."

 

Lily tilted her head. “What the? It is that priest!” She walked towards them hesitantly. ‘Man, he better not do that whole creepy head-trip thing with me or I’m gonna go nuts’ Lily approached the priest and smiled. “Hello again.” She said while looking at his outstretched hand that was resting on Daniels shoulder. The priest then turned and looked at her. “Why hello again my dear. How are you? I heard your friend was badly hurt so I decided to pay him a visit.” Lily sighed and looked down at her bandaged hands. “Um…I’m fine and so is Jason. He’s just resting now…” The priest glanced at Lily’s hands. “You should not blame yourself for what happened to him, it was them.” Lily gasped. ‘How did he…?’ She cleared her throat then turned to Daniel. “Um, Jason sent me to check up on you. We should probably get some rest too dontcha think?” Lily smiled at the priest. “It was nice seeing you again, I’ll tell Jason you came.” She then turned and walked away.

 

The preist then turned to Daniel and said "Listen." "Don't walk near the darkness." "You might not return." He then started walking away from them and went out the door. Once he was gone, Daniel turned to Lily and said "Lily........" He then walked away from her and went to Jason's room. Daniel's eyes seem distant. "Hey......"

 

Lily looked up and noticed the two men from before standing in front of Jason's room door. "Oh um...you guys are back huh? Is Jason okay?". One of the men nodded. "Yes he's fine, However we've recieved orders to keep an eye on you three until we can get to safety." One of the men started staring directly at Daniel. Lily glanced at Daniel curiously. "Um, so you mean...there might be a chance that they'll try to hurt us?" The other man nodded. "Yes, so until then you three have to stay in our sight. Otherwise..." he looked back at Daniel. "Something bad might happen..." Lily notice that he emphasised the word bad. She sighed then dragged Daniel away from the two men and pushed open the door slowly with her foot. Jason was fast asleep on the bed, she could hear his heavy breathing from a distance. She giggled and walked into the room. "Should we wake him?" she asked Daniel.

 

Daniel just looked at Jason. All there was between them is silence. Those two locked eyes with eachother. "I'm not....." "I'm sorry for leaving a lot of times." "I'm just thinking about something important." "Don't blame yourself, Jason." After he said that, the voice appeared again. "Good job." "Just stick to that story."

 

Lily giggled. "I dunno....it's like 7? Gumdrops? Really?" She sat down next to Jason. "Those guys are outside, they said they're gonna protect us until we get going tomorow. And that priest came too. He wanted to see you but i told him you were asleep." Lily yawned and scratched her head. "Man I'm tired..."

 

Daniel looked at the time. Its was 9:15 p.m. He looked at Jason and said "Same old Jason." "Always with his stomach." He then laughed as he sat down in a chair. He then sighed and brought out his phone. He looked at the missed calls and said "Mom is really worried." He then called his mom and said "I'll be there soon." "We're at the hospital." "Don't worry, Jason is ok." "He just got hurt." "It will be ok."

 

Lily looked at Jason. "Oh yeah, can i just ask? If we do go to those Vatican guys...do we have to stay there like...forever?" Lily was afraid to ask but she didn't know what to expect..

 

Meanwhile, somewhere far away in a manor, a man is plotting something.

The man in the brown overcoat was calmingly sitting his rocking chair, just thinking about tonight. "He'll soon join us." "He wants power, and we shall supply to him." He smirked as the moonlight hit his face. "Between Light and Shadow, there will always be Twilight." He then started laughing in the dark room, waiting for the new member.

Daniel looked at Jason and noticed his cold eyes. Daniel sighed and said "Well Me and Lily should find somewhere to stay." "Maybe we can sleep in the chairs here." He then turned to Lily and said "Will that work for you?"

 

Lily grinned. "I'm not a Hollywood diva yet! Heheee, 'course it will be fine!" She trudged over to the seat and sat down, the chair was unsurprisingly uncomfortable and which creaked with every moment Lily made."Actually...I'll just stick it out till tomorrow! I'll be fine!" She yawned then leaned back while staring up at the celing. "You can crash out if you want Danny! I'll just....um occupy myself with...something..." She looked at her hand and decided to finish off the pattern she started before. "She pulled out her pen and began drawing again.

 

Daniel nodded and said "Ok then." "Actually, I'm going to get us some pizza." "I'll be at the Godfathers acorss the street so if you need me, the find me there." He then started walking out of the room and closed the door behind him. After a few mintues, he was right in front of Godfathers, entering the door right now. As he walked in, he heard the voice say "You might want to watch out for Jason." "Hes changing."

 

Lily sat there drawing when she turned and noticed a certain look on Jason's face that worried her. "Jason...you okay?" She stood up and walked over to Jason. When she sat down next to him, she remembered all the times he used to tell her about how he considered pulling crazy obscene stunts in order to get his family to like him. But she couldn't think of anything to say that might comfort him, her mind was totally blank.
