His master put some sort of mark on the boy, the boy screamed as the item burned in his skin. The sign cooled quickly and then make a Heartless symbol

"nothing yet......" master xehanort shot darkness in the child's body and suddenly he transformed into a shadow heartless.

 

Kobi was freaked out, a child with darkness in it's heart impossible
Kobi: What? Children are pure! How's this possible?

 

"i implated darkness in him and turned him into what i call a heartless."

 

Of course that's what he put on the boy before doing that
Kobi: We can use this to our advantage. We can take over Aqua, Ven, and Terra!

 

"aqua won't work.........she is a princess of hear and darkness can't even get near her heart."

 

Kobi: That's why you need me to have her bear my child, the boy will be with dormant darkness in his heart.
