Will ducked behind a bush, sword and shield ready.

 

Rothbart glared, he was here to talk to his newest addition to the flock of swans, Katrina. "Katrina." he growled "Come here." the girl had no choice but to follow his commands. She looked quite scared because she was still new and she wasn't even sure what was going on. "Are you aware of why you are here, Katrina?" Rothbart demanded as she stopped in front of him, he glared coldly into her eyes.

Katrina attempted to be defiant to him "Because of a crime that you have no right to be judging me for, sorcerer." she said in a smooth voice.

Rothbart almost laughed at this, "You women are all the same. You are here because you betrayed your husband, your parents, and your brother." he said coldly.

Katrina's hand flew up to her throat, she stepped back her expression was full of fear and suprise. She had never told anyone of her plans to run away with her brother's best friend, disobeying her parents and leaving her husband.

Rothbart laughed, "Yes I know about you. Did you think your crimes would never be found out?" he chuckled darkly. "You women are all the same, you would defy your husband and your father for your own personal selfishness. That is why you are to be forever in punishment, just be glad I did not kill you and let you answer to god just yet."

"Ah,Siegfried my friend,how is your day?You look quite happy,would you share your happiness with me?"Benno asked putting straping his spear on his back.

 

Will hopped the wall and ran to the woods He was going as fast as he could. He needed Siegfried and Benno's help.

 

*sorry if we are being a pain, Curtis but it takes days to even fly from where Odette is to where Seigfried is and once your are at Rothbart's domein you can't leave unless he permitts it.*

Rothbart looked at Odette with a stern cold look in his eyes "Are you suggesting I should leave God's judgement apon you all. I'm sure I can send you all to him verry soon." he said darkly.

 

Will had fallen from the wall to Rothbart's feet.

 

Odile sighed and walked down.

"Father, I'm sure they're all sorry, maybe teach them the right way of things. It's your choice of coarse." Odile said.

 

Will stood slowly and bowed to him. "My lord."

 

Odile looked at him. She knew she had to follow her father and not tell a lie, she knew he was meeting with Odette. Maybe her father would know, if not she maybe tell him later. She looked at all the ladies giving her looks of anger and hate. She hated that.

 

Will gave her a dirty look from the corner of his face. It was her fault he could only leave during daybreak.

 

Odile looked away and put her hand to her forehead.

"Anyway I think I might get some rest." Odile said slowly walking away looking back out of the corner of her eye every now and then. She came to her room and fell on her bed.

She hated the girls, yet at the same time she felt lonely and they were almost the closet things to her like a friend and of coarse her father.

 

Will was glad she left yet he also wanted to talk to her. She was the only other person that could leave.

 

Rothbart eyed Odette skeptically "An interesting line of reasoning, if entirely feminine," he said at last as he watched her keenly. "Very well, Swan Queen; are you willing to hazard all on your repentance and redemption? For your flock as well as yourself?" he asked with a mocking bow.

Seigfried grinned broadly "We will not have a stupid cow on the trone after all Benno!" he said brightly. "I was sure I would have to be chained to princess Aleira for all life. The woman who has as much brains as Dairian has Hunting skill *none*" he took a deep breath of the fall air before continuing. "But it will not be so after all. I will chose the queen for my reign."

Will finally spoke up. "I am with them, their punishment is mine if they fail. I will help them in any time of need."

 

Rothbart gave Will a cold look that screamed 'shut the hell up.'
He looked back at Odette. He made a motion to dismiss her insult and Will's outburst. "Listen, before you bandy words about. The Spell that holds you is linked to you, the leader. If you can capture the faith of a man who knows you as you are, and hold him as well, then the spell upon you will be broken and you will all be free." He spread his hands wide in a mocking gesture of generosity. "That, by the by, has always been the case. Buthe must be utterly true to you and swear to no other. And he shall be a man of MY chosing." he spoke only to Odette.

 

Will grimaced at the ground, knowing he wouldn't be chosen.

 

Odale walked over to her window and opened it. She heard her father create a deal with the queen, Odette. She ran back outside to her father's side. She heard the deal.

"Father would you like me to go along and make sure she will follow through and not escape?" Odile asked.
