The New Organization 2: Rematch

Jaxx nodded, glad for the subject change. She stood up, "Ok fine... but remember my instructions. Stay close to me no matter what. There are some real nutcases outside this castle. Of course, they cant come inside the castle but that doesn't change the fact that this place is one of the lightless places there is." she cautioned. She walked to the door of the bedroom. The box that had once held the keyblade sat opened in the middle of the bed among the fragments of broken glass. She looked back at the doorway to make sure Ruby was following.

 

Jaxx was glad Ruby seemed to be done asking questions. She had never been that big of a fan of long aquard in depth conversations. Especially if it was about Ruby's father. She waited at the main gate of the castle for Ruby to stop sight seeing and follow her. Not that she blamed her for wanting to look around, it really was a spectacular sight. She would have to show Ruby what little pictures she had from the days that the organization was still fully functional. She wasn't sure she wanted Ruby to see all the deaths that Jaxx was sure were at the crime scene but she also knew that she herself wouldn't want to be left behind so she knew Ruby just plain would not stand for it either. She decided to take the long way to town square though. Just under the sky scraper lived a sword maker and a few people as well. The World That Never Was had become it's own little Traverse Town only not near so overpopulated. She looked at Ruby, again reminding her to be careful before the two of them set off into the streets.

 

Jaxx saw the shadows as well. Half of them were common thieves and the other half were just shadow heartless who thought they would try their hand against the two girls walking down the street only to be pushed right back down again by a simple thought spell from Jaxx. They came to a turn to town square at the sky scraper. She could smell blood in the air, she wasn't sure if Ruby had gotten that same ability but she knew that they had reached the crime scene and she also knew that there was nobody alive in the whole little town. She shook her head and suddenly picked up her pace, racing around the sky scraper and then she stopped dead in her tracks. Blood lined the streets like snakes. Men, women, and children, all innocent and all dead. Jaxx felt sick and had to lean against the wall. She immediately regretted taking Ruby with her. There was no way that her innocent daughter had to see so much distruction and blood. All of them had been impailed to death by multiple blades. It was just plain a group massecure. "Oh my g**..." she muttered under her breath.

 

Jaxx just shook her head "Ruby stay back..." she said quietly, fighting back a furious edge to her voice. She walked forward until she was in the middle of the murder scene. The blood was staining her white tennishoes and the bottoms of her black jenes. She felt sick, for a second she got lost in a momory of walking through a scene almost exactly like this one. Wearing a long organization trench coat and looking over the ruins of her brother's organization. Was this really a rewind? A cycle started over and Jaxx taking over Ryan's positon. She shook her head, of course not.
She walked up to the steps of the sky scraper and there he was, lying there in solitary compared to the rest of the bodies. The old sword maker who had made the blades belonging to every member of the New Organization and he had also been a close friend to Jaxx herself. His name had been Brian. She knelt down next to him and closed his eyes that were still wide open in an expression of great fear. Whoever had done this had done it in cold blood and the sting of evil magic was everywhere. Every innocent child had felt and seen such dark magic... as soon as she touched him, she gasped as a psycic preminition showed her small glimpses of what happened here. A man whose face she couldn't see had appeared right in the same spot that Jaxx was now kneeling. He had killed a woman and her baby right there on the spot and demanded that the sword maker show his face.
His voice spoke but it was like the hissing of a serpant instead of an actual voice. The evil was too thick in his voice to recognise it so instead it played differently in her mind.

"I'm comming for you, Jaxx. You and your friends are dead for what you did to me..." that voice echoed in her head even after the preminiton was over and she was back in reality. Angry tears streamed down her face, it started raining and thunder crashed in the distance. She hadn't caused a storm because of her emotions in a LONG time. She stood up and immediately looked around for Ruby. She had to get Ruby out of here now. She made a silent promise in her heart that she would find the sick person who did this and she would make him pay for ending so many innocent lives under her name. "Ruby!" she called "we're getting out of here... now!"

 

Jaxx raised a barrier between Ruby and even a small step closer to the crimse scene. She didn't want to chance the fact that Ruby may have inhereted preminiton power from Jaxx. She didn't want Ruby to see the grusome rewind that she had just seen. She wanted Ruby out of here. She had already seen enough. She walked toward her, "There is no right minded person who would do this." She answered as she approached her daughter and held out her hand to open a portal. "What would have done this would be a better question." she shook her head and decided opening a dark or light path was impossible right here. She and Ruby would have to walk back to the castle and open a path from there.

 

*For the most part you are right but everyone else is at Disney Castle too. Nobody knows where Jaxx and Ruby are but they are at The World That Never Was. They are at the small town of people that Hunter killed and both of them are pretty ticked off about it. Jaxx knows that whoever did it, did it because of her and she is even double mad about that let alone the fact that Ruby saw it as well. Menwhile Kat is getting healed by Voltiar at Disney Castle.

Jaxx was about to leave with Ruby but she turned around last moment and held out her hand to the sea of dead bodies and blood. There was a flash of light that began in the ground and on Jaxx's hand and then it grew to be bright enough that Jaxx and Ruby had to look away to protect their eyes. When they looked back again the bodies were gone and the streets were empty. There was no evedence of the crime that had taken place there except for a sword that stood in the middle of the street and the names of every person who died there. She had a solom expression on her face as she looked over the makeshift mamorial that she had created for the victims. She sighed and answered Ruby, "You aren't ready to handle whoever this was." she said it slowly. The dark magic that she senced all over the town died down now that Jaxx had used light. Without it, she senced some sort of familiarity under all the evil. She had seen or felt this person before. The feeling just made her feel more sick and angry for what they had done. She shook her head, "Let's go Ruby." she said, suddenly more anxious than she had been even when the bodies were still there. She didn't want to know who it was that did this. She suddenly just wanted to leave, something deep inside gave her a small clue who had done this and she did't want to know anymore.

 

It was too quiet as Jaxx and Ruby walked quickly back to the castle, Jaxx was cursing herself in her mind for her stupidity in bringing Ruby along to see the masacure that took place in the old town. She got an almost distinct feeling that she and Ruby were being watched. The only place that she could open a dark or light portal was on the roof.
"I shouldn't have brought you here, Ruby." she said as they walked through the front gates of the castle at the brisk pace that Jaxx had set. "Just don't to anything stupid. You aren't ready to take on someone with that ammount of power."

 

Kat rolled her eyes "Same self-centered pretty boy he's always been only worse now because now he uses black magic."

Jaxx smiled a little but she shook her head as she and Ruby reached the staircase. She was feeling a little better now that they were almost out of there for good. She would come back later and investigate further on what happened and who killed so many innocent women and children but for now her main priority was to get Ruby back to Disney Castle and into safety. "Good then." she said, she shrugged "It wouldn't be that good for you to get yourself killed after Kat and I worked for a good three years to keep you alive."
