    They are little balls of pastry with cream inside,often they have a dark chocolate sauce drizzled over them of a dark chocolate dipping sauce.

    my internet is messed up so I posted a reply to your first Q Kyu you can get them in a desert section of freezer store and I would expect the whole world eats them.
