could've been a helocopter. Was it in a triangular shape? Or were the lights close?

It sounds like a helicopter. I highly doubt it was a Space Ship from some other planet. As for ghosts and things have you seen how much money all the gear you need to prove or disprove a haunting costs? 10s of thousands of dollars just for the cameras! Just goes to show how much money people will spend on a hobby.

i dunno, I think all that machinery they use is BS, it aint real...

They aren't buying like "ghost rays" or anything like that. The equipment they use is VERY real. A lot of it is thermal camera's and things along those lines. Its your choice to believe in the way they USE the equipment, but the tech. they are using is very real.

I never seen them use a thermal detector before, but i'll take your word for it. Thermal detectors are a smart way to go. I dont like these little beepers they use, like metal detectors. There all like "Oh, we got a reading", yeah, thats definetly fake...

If you ever watch any kind of ghost hunting show (Usually on the Scifi channel), you can see what they use. They use thermal cameras, some kind of electric detector thing, psycic people, etc.

Funny, I've never seen them use thermal cameras. Personally that sounds like a reliable machinery, cause thermal detectors don't lie. But i dont watch a whole ton of ghost shows, so maybe they've upgraded...
99.9% of psycics are fake though, and their electrical equiptment looks like its phony.

Its almost ALWAYS thermal, though they may not explain it on the show itself. If they "got a reading" its generally a thermal spike or an EMF spike, both of which are widely considered to be related to paranormal activity.

It really is. Shows like this certainly haven't convinced me one way or the other, but its really interesting to watch and try to understand.

I agree with you there 100%. They often leave me in a dazed and confused mind, but I find that feeling very interesting, because most of the time I can figure things out. Ghost shows really confuse me...

Yeah certain things about it are really hard to follow. Not that people can't comprehend it but i mean, everything is so close to being paranormal or real it comes down to beliefs in the end.

Of course, there are situations were people something a little less than ordinary and leap to conclusions. There are ways to explain things we don't understand. High Electro Magnetic Fields can cause you to hallucinate. All it takes is a bad breaker box and your brain will blow normal things like a floor creaking or a shadow way out of proportion. I saw an episode of Ghost Hunters were some guy thought his house was haunted. They debunked every thing and found out his breaker box was putting out an EMF of over 100. Thats not good for you, and it was right under the stair case leading to his basement, were all of the activity was. :)

Hahahaha, wow, how had no one found out that his breaker was pushing out a 100 EMF? Yeah that really messes with your brain, but the EMF spikes that confuse me is the ones that don't seem to be caused by anything at all.

Thats great! Haha, lol. So maybe all these people aren't crazy, they just need to check for electro magnetic fields.

Of course, one theory (I think) relating to ghosts and EMF is when there isn't a source for the EMF. In that case, then the ghost would probably be the source of the EMF. (Of course, that's just speculation. Don't know if there has ever been a case of a high level of EMF and no source for it)

Paranormal State, They had a huge EMF reading and they tore down the whole wall to try and find it. There was nothing there at all, just a water pipe. And no the pipe couldnt have done that high of a reading haha.

I don't believe in ghosts but there is that uncomfortable feeling that you get when your alone and there's a creak or something. I think that the belief of ghosts is installed into us and we try to move away from it (not believing). Some people do start to doubt but some keep their beliefs strong. And as for aliens, I actually hope that they exist (not the anal probes or the blowing up building with rays or the weird faces) because then we would have proof that there really is life on further planets and that would be cool. :D
