I saw Yu-Gi-Oh: Capsule Monsters two weeks ago. I was very excited that they started to bring back old show that Saturday. As for that Zexal show... I guess I can give it a try this coming up Saturday when it comes back on.

So... I watched yugioh Zexal... <_< The main character is soooo dumb. I like Astral so much better; The spirit version of Yami Yugi. No wonder it still has 0.

The story of the original YugiOh is better
but the cards of the newer YugiOh are fantastic. They make the game more fast paced and interesting.

    He's just spirited!
An open mind is needed to like the others.

<_< Puh-lease. Their duels end in 15 seconds just like that with all of that special summoning and high attack power... and Yuma being spirited? Puh-lease! Astral tells him one thing and he do the complete opposite. I like Joey better. His is a comedian dumb funny. At least Joey has a mind. AND YUMA LOST AGAINST A CRASHBUG KID AND THE DUDE HAS LOW LEVEL MONSTERS!

They're just as long as any duel. The original Yugioh used to not have sacrificing and little effect monsters. Now that was boring!

High attack power. Blues Eyes, Red Eyes, Dark Magician, Ginzo, Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, Twin Headed Thunder Dragon, Killer Moth, 5 Headed Dragon, Black Luster Soldier, Dragon Master Knight, and Obelisk. Truthfully, Normal Monsters have higher ATK than Effect Monsters.

He is. You can't doubt that.
Yeah, the first couple of episodes. The season finale. They definitely worked together as much as you possibly could.
    He was okay.
A rising underdog. Plus, he never gives up. He's not Yami who wins practically every duel that he goes into. Gosh he barely loses. I probably remember only 5 times that he has lost including the time he dueled Yugi.

<_< IT WAS NOT BORING! They had a lot of normal monsters. Now all you see now are people using effect monsters. The normal monsters are almost dying out... and the Zexal duels are not long at all. Besides, when you see the original yugioh monsters fight against each other, Yugioh, "OH WOW! LOOK AT THAT BIG MOTH! GREAT BIG ULTIMATE MOTH!", "YAAY MAI VALENTINE AND TEA! A FEMALE FIGHT! HARPIE AND FAIRIES!" It had it down packed. Good equip spells, nice tribute summonings and wonderful Toon monsters. Even Tea had made her monsters along with Dark Magician Girl look good! And guess what? Some of us STILL use the same cards from the original Yugioh. Not only that, it was NORMAL and ok for normal monsters to have higher attack power than the effect monsters.

And with Joey, my goodness. He is not just "okay". He was awesome. "AH YEA! Time to fight with brute strength! GO ROCKMAN!" "Breath of LIGHT!" "Say what?!" Please. Tea whoop Joey five time at the very beginning of the show and Joey too was an amateur; at least HE had some monsters out on the field in contrast to Yumi. Oh yea. Who can ever forget of Joey risking his life to save the Exodia cards? I do not think of Yami Yugi so much. There were other better characters who I like.

Speaking of Joey and Tea, I should try to watch that one show where they were trapped in the virtual world.

    Well it sure wasn't exciting.

Exactly Normal Monsters, which relied on power alone. They had no abilities to aid them in battle. I find them useless in a duel not saying they can't be used effectively though.
    I doubt they'll die out.
Well if you consider that in the original Yugioh, there is always something going on in the middle of the duel distracting attention away from it. They are about the same.
    They were pretty drawn out.
Equip spells because they normally focused on power. Nice Tribute summoning? Tribute summoning is tribute summoning all through the board. Nothing is nice about it. The rule applies to every situation. Toon monsters, you mean Pegasus during maybe two duels you see them.
Okay? I didn't know that was the objective of the game.
    And that's perfectly fine.

Normal Monsters are suppose to normally have higher ATK.

Joey is a common character. He plays the part of a hot blooded dunce who enjoys dueling which he is apparently somewhat good at. I don't see Joey playing a big part in the overall story. He's more of a supporting character.
